Baby Layout

  Hi everyone!

Today I would like to share with you a layout I made with a photo of my son when he was a baby. It is a very important photo for me because we were in Washington and he did his first steps in from of the Capitol!

So it is a really nice souvenir for me. 

For this layout, I used the new stencil set Bamboos (6002/1628). I did die cut it in black paper. Then I stamped some text in black on the background and some of the streetwear clear stamp set (6410/0529) in blue.

Finally for the title "Washington", I used the alphabet from the surprise wheel clear stamp set (6410/0531).

Your first steps

Today I am sharing with you this layout on a photo that was taken in front of the capitol. It is where my older son decided to try his first steps. He was probably inspired by the place...

On this layout, I choose the Jambo bamboos paper set because I really love all these greens, these papers are beautiful! 

To decorate the background, I added some leaves, flowers bamboos.

Gourmand baby

  Hi everyone!

Today I would like to share a layout on one of my DS. 
I think we found our kids always cute when there are eating something they like so much! 
How many photos I have about my sons when they were babies, eating, just eating!

To keep the memory of this moment, I use a kraft 30,5 x 30,5cm paper and ink it with distress ink. 
Then I stamped some text in french and some from the street-wear estampille set from Joy!crafts. 

Finally, I added some label, in copper, behind the label "this moment".

This layout was fast to do and I really enjoy the Street-wear clear stamp set, because I added text, chevron, stars, the word "smile", dots. That's give accents to the layout!

A nice day together...

 

Hi everyone!

Today, I would like to share with you a layout I made about a day we are hiking in family. 
The game was to take photos with geometric shapes. On this layout, there are 3 photos: the photo on the foreground is a tab that we can open to discover 2 others photos. 

This layout is a scrap-lift of Jasmina's layout. I love the false paper clip and the brown stripe made with the streetwear boder stencil. I wanted a natural layout, in white, cream, and brown. 
Most of the cutting shapes are cut in white paper: the Bille's daisy, the Bille's leaves, the mixed up tape, the basic line flowers.

The leaves and some flower are partially inked with frayed burlap distress ink like some spots on the background.

  Hi everybody!

Today I am sharing with you a layout that is important for me. It is a layout about my aunt who leaved us last year. She was a very very nice person. I am making an album on her life, from her birth to the last photos I have. This layout is the first of my album, the title of a book.

To put her in the light, I used pink paper. It show the woman, happy, part that was in her. 
For that, I take some papers from the design bright Christmas paper set and the design merry lama paper set. 

I did mate the photo with black kraft paper. The background is made with strips of paper glue one over the other. For the flowers, I wanted something delicate so I choose to use the stencil Dianthus flower.I made 2 flowers and I used self adhesives beads to draw the flowers hearts.

I used the same stencil for the tone on tone decorations (the white leaves) of the bottom of the layout.

I hope you enjoyed to watch this layout and that will give you ideas for your old photos. Photos are the memory of the family, it is a pleasure to scrap it and then share with the other family members.

Between the falling leaves

  Hi there!

Today I would like to share with you a layout or exactly a 3 pages layout. 

On the First page, I did ink the background with distress ink.

Then I did cut a slit in the paper to glue a parchment paper. 
On it, I decorated with leaves, mushroom, envelope and stamp a fall tree.

When you are opening the parchment paper, you have a mini book with photos.

To do the mini photo book, I used the beautiful paper from the set Design crunchy leaves from Joy!crafts

When you're opening the page, a double page appear.

On the right page, I used the so nice labels always from the paper set crunchy leaves.

Christmas layout

Today I would like to share with you a nice Christmas layout. 
The leaves are cut with the new Joy!crafts stencils. 

I did draw the leaves nerve with a white pen to give some relief.
The house and the mittens come from the set Jingle bells.

The gift badge is made too with the jingle bells paper set.

Christmas Embroidery layout

 Hi everyone!

Christmas is coming! And to stay in the moon, I did scrap a photo of last christmas. 

We were all in family, it was nice, this year it will be via the screen of the computer!

For this layout, I wasinspired by the new polybesa stencil for Christmas from Joy!crafts.
Usually, we use it with ink, or for embossing, but I don't know why, I really wanted to use it for embroidery embellishments. 

I did really enjoy to make this embellishments. 
First, I used watercolor to ink a white paper, then , when it was dry,I did draw the shape of the tree or the title. Finally, I did sew following the lines. 
I did continue on that way and use a plate to draw 2 circles, that I did sew too.

To finish the decoration of my layout, I did stamp some "xoxo" on the page and emboss it with gold powder. 
The flowers where cut in watercolor paper, and the ink with watercolor. The orginal "heart" of the flower were ink with embossing ink, the covered with gold powder and emboss.

Mini album

  Hi everyone!

Today I would like to share a scrapbooking layout. 
I did put 15 photos on this layout. To be able to do that, I did make a kind of mini album on the layout. 
I used the new paper set set "Sweet Herbs" from Joy!crafts for the cover of the "mini album" and for the inside.

The cover is made with 3 pieces of A4 black kraft paper.
The top of the cover is made with "Sweet Herbs", on it I did glue a notebook circle and some nice "Dill flowers". 

The circle to close the mini are glued with the tissue tape because it have to be glued strongly.

The mini album can be open by top and bottom flip.
A second cover appeared with a very cute peacock. 

On the top flip, notice the leave behind the label made with the stencil set "Peonies".

Back to school layout

  Hi everyone!

Today, what about a back to school layout? Every year, it is the same, I am taking a photo on my DS on this famous day. This year, I was not there, so in his Back to school album, i did put the photo of coming back for the school.

To make this layout, I used the paper set "fun fair" from Joy!crafts.
I did use some kraft paper too because this one go with every other color of paper, it is a "neutral" paper.

I used the "back to school" clear stamp to stamp the background with some math formula, then I stamped the backpack and the books with apple. I did use coloring pencils to color it. Then I cut all around and glued them on the layout.

To glue the wood clouds, I did use the glue dots sheet. It is so easy this way!
